MIGRATION AND UPGRADATION

Smartfix automation helps you migrate your products and programming software to the newest version of automation. We run a deep analysis of the current product state to suggest smart solutions. Upgrade or migration projects are a complex activity and needs meticulous planning and professional project execution.

The customers face challenges in ensuring a minimum system downtime, a smooth transition and successful upgrade/migration while making sure that the existing system usage is not disturbed. This puts an additional burden on the existing internal manpower.

FIELD AND REMOTE SUPPORT

We Smartfix offer system integration and on-site support of robotic cells & systems and PLC controlled systems. Apart from this, we also offer services for on-site support & field start-up. These are executed with utmost perfection by our team of professionals within the stipulated time frame

Our remote field service solutions help customers to fix issues remotely and remove their dependency on waiting for an onsite visit. We can provide phone call support to our customers on their flexible time.

RETROFITTING

We “Smartfix” will support our customers to change the old controllers or from hardware panels to PLC control panels. retrofitting will support better maintenance and increase productivity.

The best practice is to effectively manage the life cycle of a robot or automation system to ensure maximum performance and return on investment (ROI) over the life of the asset. This is often done through retrofitting, where an existing configuration is changed or upgraded on original equipment

ELECTRICAL  MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (EMC)SUPPORT

In order to meet the requirements of the clients, we are providing our clients Annual Maintenance Service. With the aid of our experienced engineers and technocrats, we have been able to offer our services in accordance with international standards and practices.
